Hey everyone, since i moved to my new home i have had some major adjustments. I'm in a much smaller home. I'm much more busy trying to get myself situated with my new life. I have had some personal issues that has kept my mind off my weight and fitness routine. But though i have struggles, I one day looked in the mirror and realized that life is not over because I'm still standing. And most of all, i saw a belly coming to life. A round belly that showed no abs. Eww, that's not me ! I want to look in the mirror again and feel confident of my body. I was defiantly loosing track of what i worked hard for. I measured my self a month ago and my waist hit a 33-34 inch circumference. Wow ! No bueno mi amigos !..
So i started a food diary of my calorie count. I'm keeping a 1400 calorie goal in-take. I have my bad days but i record those days too. I know 1400 calories sounds very little but this is including no workouts and most of all. I have a small frame and i know what suits me well. I also came to realize that i was once a size 1 and I'm ready to let go of that size. I'm at a size 5-7 and i want to be at a size 5 that fits firm to my body.
After a month of counting calories, i reached a 30-31 waist line. My goal is a 28-29 inch waist, so luckily i found a fitness bike on craigslist for sale at a Tae Kwon Do studio. I was so fortunate that this bike is utterly in fantastic shape and it was only 20 dollars. I feel very lucky ! I defiantly love my pull up bar but i felt i needed something else to work my thighs. So these coming weeks, i cant wait to see my results. I started riding my bike today and i was satisfied that its been years since i been on a bike and i did a hour.

So I'm posting up a pix of my new bike and my round belly. I'm willing to show that I'm human too and i was not blessed to be skinny. I have to work hard for what i have. <3
